Mánes Group head chef Jaroslav Zahalka will guarantee the great culinary experience. He is a former member of CLUB DES CHEFS DES CHEFS (the club of chefs, who cook for top officials and formal banquets).

The main objective is the freshness of the ingredients pruduced by the Czech suppliers, which in cooperation with the culinary team of Jaroslav Zahalka ensures the quality of served meals.

The culinary pleasure is emphasized by the perfect view on the National Theatre, Vltava riverfront and the Dancing House, all this accompanied by the live piano music on a restored Steinway grand piano from 1897, once played by Jaroslav Ježek – a Czech composer, conductor and pianist.
